Delivery

1. Delivery time
- Physical products : We aim to ship items within 3 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, and will normally be between 3 and 10 business days.
- Digital Products : Access to downloadable files will be sent to the registered email address immediately after approved payment.
2. Delivery methods
We use delivery partner(s), Posten Norge, Helt Hjem and Bring to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Tracking information will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.
3. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination and product weight/volume. Any customs or import duties incurred for international delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delayed delivery
If we are unable to deliver within the stated time, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a new expected delivery time. You have the right to cancel your order if delivery is significantly delayed.
5. Delivery restrictions
We primarily deliver to addresses within Norway, but we can also ship to other countries upon request. Please note that delivery times may be longer for international shipments.
6. Delivery not received
If you have not received your package within the expected delivery time, please contact us at knittingbyemilie@gmail.com so we can investigate the matter and assist you further.
