My name is Emilie Nilsen, I'm 30 years old and I run Knittingbyemilie. Born and raised in Fredrikstad, but now lives in Tønsberg.

My knitting journey
In April 2020 I created Knittingbyemilie on Instagram, and since then I have been knitting to the fullest. In September 2020 I decided to start designing my own knitwear, and created this website. It was the pattern for the Emiliesflettevest that got it all started.

I am committed to making garments that are beginner-friendly, timeless and colorful. The patterns have video explanations of how to perform the techniques.
